When you regret
Unfortunately, for food and health food products, the usual 14 day full return policy does not apply. The reason is that the necessary food control is lost when we send an item out of our warehouse. When the item is at Vild Nord's warehouse, we are required to check in relation to storage, cleaning, temperature, packing and handling. The restriction in the right of return is made to maintain high quality and ensure food security.
All purchases at vildnord.dk are covered by the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get a defective item exchanged, the money back or reject in the price. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. Contact us as soon as possible and within two months of discovering the error.
