GREEN MATCHA NICECREAM
Do you love matcha? Well, then you should try this.
Nicecream (love the name!) is a healthier alternative to soft ice cream, as the main ingredient is frozen bananas being blended. It is the most beautiful ice cream, and totally without added sugar and cream.
That's why you can eat nicecream, as dessert, as a snack during the day, as well as a breakfast. Only your imagination sets limits. Our flavored collagen variants are a perfect match in nicecream.
THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED
(recipe for 2 people)
5 pieces Frozen bananas
2 tablespoons matcha powder
1 dl almond milk
3 ice cubes made of almond milk (5x5cm)
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 lime juice
2-3 scoops of Collagen Green Boost
COURSE OF ACION
A Nicecream should have a delicious and thick consistency. Our best tip is therefore to pour almond milk into an ice cube tray with a minimum of 3 compartments that are 5x5 cm. Put them in freezer and let them freeze for a minimum of 5 hours.
Now you have provided the consistency. Take almond milk ice cubes out while you get ready with the other ingredients. Find a good blender with an associated "blender tamper".
Put frozen bananas, matcha powder, almond milk, lime juice and Collagen Green Boost in the blender. Start the blender and use "Blender Tamper" as a helping hand to crush.
Put the ice cubes made on almond milk in one by one so that the blender can crush them. Voíla - you have the most delicious nicecream.
