Vildnord.dk receives payment with Visa-Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard/Maestro, JCB, Diners/Discover, VPAY and MobilePay. DELIVERY FREQUENCY
By default, we deliver your products to you every 30 days. If it suits you better with deliveries 14 or 45 day intervals, you can get your deliveries just as you want. Log in your profile after your purchase and set it all up exactly as you wish.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month. The subscription will be renewed on the same day next month that the subscription has been entered into.
The user must make the payment for the subscription via the payment funds offered by Vild Nord on the website. The user undertakes to sign the necessary documents and, at each payment date, to have sufficient funds for payment available via the selected means of payment.

SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMIZATION
Vild Nord reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions for the service. The change must be notified to you no later than thirty (30) days before the change comes into force. In the event of such changes, you are entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change comes into force. If you do not cancel the subscription before the change comes into force, it must be considered as acceptance of the change. Changes that are obvious to you are immediately applied without the right of notice to you.

UNSUBSCRIBE
Submission of the subscription can happen when it suits you as long as we have not already shipped and withdrawn money for your order. To terminate your appointment, you must log in to your profile Or contact us via info@vildnord.com. To cancel your subscription by mail, we need an order number or email you have used to create your subscription.

RECEIPT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have ordered a product on vildnord.dk, you will receive a receipt per. mail for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been concluded once you have received an order confirmation from us.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Unfortunately, for food and health food products, the usual 14 day full return policy does not apply. The reason is that the necessary food control is lost when we send an item out of our warehouse. When the item is at Vild Nord's warehouse, we are required to check in relation to storage, cleaning, temperature, packing and handling. The restriction in the right of return is made to maintain high quality and ensure food security.

COMPLAINTS
All purchases at vildnord.dk are covered by the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get a defective item exchanged, the money back or reject in the price. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. Contact us as soon as possible and within two months of discovering the error.
