PURE MARINE COLLAGEN consists of pure hydrolysed marine collagen powder with no added flavor. The pure collagen has a low fat content and a high protein content, and fits well in a protein shake or a smoothie Collagen is a natural protein in the body, which is found, among other places, in bones and skin.

The collagen powder is extracted from wild-caught cod.

Through a hydrolysis process, the collagen is broken down into collagen peptides with a molecular weight of 3 kDa (kilodaltons). Collagen consists of 20 amino acids, including the 9 essential amino acids.
