YELLOW BLAST LATE SUMMER DRINK
Easy everyday beauty routine with collagen, vitamin C, turmeric and ginger
Take this perfect late summer drink out into the afternoon sun - it makes you feel a bit summery and gives you the peace of mind that you give your body just what it needs at this time of year.
Ginger and turmeric are balanced with coconut milk and acacia honey with a scoop of Yellow Blast that is rich in vitamin C and fiber.
WHAT YOU NEED
1 measuring spoon Collagen Yellow Blast
1 cup of water
1-1,5 dl coconut milk
1 teaspoon ginger
Squeeze 1/2 lemon (small)
COURSE OF ACION
Mix 1 scoop Yellow Blast in about 1 dl water and stir well.
Add about 1-1.5 dl coconut milk and stir well.
Add 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and stir again.
Fill the glass with water and ice cubes and stir again.
Finally pressure half a lemon into the glass and stir well
