THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED
1 frozen ripe banana
4 bouquets of cauliflower - can be frozen
3 dl optional plant milk
Grain from 1 vanilla pod
1 -2 measures Collagen Gold, Collagen Clean Protein, Collagen C+ or Pure Marine Collagen
COURSE OF ACTION
Start with the liquid in the blender first, so it circulates more easily. Divide the vanilla pod in two and scrape out all the seeds.
Add banana, cauliflower, vanilla grains and Vild Nord collagen powder to the blender and blend to a creamy smoothie.
Gently add more liquid if you want a thinner consistency.
For topping, you can add ingredients you like. Try frozen berries, nut butter and oatmeal or granola.
