Ice cubes that give a boost


We love recipes that are practical, healthy, and easy to make in everyday life. And it doesn't hurt to have ingredients like citrus, ginger, and turmeric. These ice cubes give you a boost of flavour and vitamins. Here, it's perfect to mix in Lemon Marine Collagen, which has a natural lemon flavor. It's amazing that something so healthy can be so simple and delicious.

This is what you need

1 lemon
1 orange
2.5 cm ginger
2 small pieces of turmeric
6 tablespoons Lemon Marine Collagen
3 tablespoons of honey
1 tsp pepper
5 dl cold water


Peel ginger and turmeric and cut into smaller pieces. Squeeze all the lemon and orange juice from the citrus fruits into a blender and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Blend well until everything is smooth and pour into an ice cube tray for 6 large ice cubes. If you're using an ice cube tray with smaller and more compartments, you can of course use that, but then you can also add a little more of the collagen, so each dose becomes a bit more.

Let the ice cubes freeze. When you feel like having one, place it in a teacup and pour hot water over it. It melts instantly, and your homemade healthy tea is ready to drink.
