CHERRY NICE CREAM WITH COLLAGEN

When cherries start to appear on trees throughout the Nordic region, it's the perfect time to treat yourself to a delicious nice cream. Our cherry nice cream combines the fresh and juicy taste of cherries with the creaminess of ripe frozen bananas. And why not add our Collagen C+ powder, naturally rich in protein and C-Acerola vitamin?

This is what you need

2 cups of fresh cherries, without stone
1 cup of frozen cherries (optional: for more color and taste)
3 frozen mature bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
4 spoons of our Collagen C+ powder
Optional Topping: cocoaonibs or chopped almonds

Procedure

Collect 2 cups of fresh, local cherries and remove the pit the.
Combine the fresh cherries (and/or frozen), frozen bananas, vanilla powder and our Collagen C+ powder in a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture. Pour the mixture into a frost-proof container and let it freeze in about 2-4 hours, or until it reaches the desired ice cream texture. If you have the time, stir in the mixture every hour to prevent crystallization.

When ready, pour it into one or more bowls and if desired, sprinkle it with optional topping such as cocoa nibs or chopped almonds for extra texture and flavor.
