This is what you need

1 dl maple syrup or sucrin gold
1 egg
0.5 dl melted coconut oil or other flavorless oil
6 tbsp of Pure Marine Collagen
1 dl coconut flour
2 dl oatmeal
100 grams of frozen berries

Course of action

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Start by mixing maple syrup/sucrin gold, eggs, oil, and collagen powder together. Then add coconut flour, oats, and frozen berries, and mix well.

Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press the mixture into the bottom. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.

Place the tin in the fridge for 1-2 hours and let it cool completely so it can set before cutting it into 6 pieces. Store them in the fridge.
