HEALHTY SNACK

Enjoy the guilt-free goodness with collagen, yogurt and berries on hot summer days. Make yourself a "yogurt bar" and leave it in the freezer until you feel like something sweet. Yogurt bar has so many variations, and here we have one delicious and simple recipe.

This is what you need

4 dl Greek yogurt with vanilla

0.5 dl maple syrup or honey

3 tbsp with CollagenImmune Plus

3 tbsp with Collagen Gold

5 fresh strawberries

Chopped almonds

Procedure

Start by cutting the strawberries into slices and choping the almonds. Set them aside. Now mix together yogurt, collagen and maple syrup or honey. Pour that collagen enriched yogurt on to a baking tray with baking paper. Then sprinkle berries and nuts on top. Put it in the freezer until firm and then break it to pieces! Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
