In this refreshing shake, we focus on the nausea many women experience during pregnancy. The Mom To Be Shake contains mint, ginger, and probiotics, which are part of the normal gut flora. This is what you need

1 handful of pineapple
2 apples
1/2 banana
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 dl almond milk
Mint leaves from 1-2 stems
1 handful of ice cubes
2 scoops Collagen Gold

Procedure

Pour all the ingredients into a blender.

Add the ice cubes at the end and blend until you have a smooth consistency.

Add ice cubes along the way if you want it cold and need a bit of extra time to drink it.
